Ocean-Front or nothing – Stunning views and sunsets over Trinity Bay
We offer a total of eight ocean-front cottages: four ‘Berry’ cottages in scenic Whiteway, and four ‘Bird’ cottages just five minutes away in a secluded cove in Heart’s Delight-Islington.
We’re just over an hour’s drive from St. John’s, 50 minutes from the Argentia Ferry, 15-20 minutes from Dildo, and a short scenic drive to several other must-visit spots like Brigus, Cupids, Heart’s Content, Grates Cove and many more.
When we say ocean-front, we mean ocean-front. Every beautifully equipped cottage has a covered deck and/or enclosed sunroom with completely unobstructed views of water and sky, so you can continue to enjoy the amazing view, no matter what the weather may bring.
So Cozy
Enjoy luxuriously cozy cottages in Whiteway, a tiny Newfoundland fishing community that is authentic Newfoundland. Choose between the Cranberry, the Blueberry, the Partridgeberry or the Cloudberry.
Truly just a ‘stone’s throw’ from the water, with amazing views of famous Shag Rock, stunning sunsets, and oceanfront master bedrooms with walk-outs to private sunroom or balconies, our Whiteway location cottages make for the perfect getaway.

Located in a private stretch of land in beautiful Long Point Cove, Heart’s Delight-Islington, our Heart’s Delight cottages are the perfect spot for those looking for quiet comforts, stunning views, and soothing serenity.
Choose between the Loon, the Puffin, the Gannet, or the Osprey. Or reserve all four for the ultimate private group getaway in your own private cove.
Gannet and Osprey cottages deliver the perfect couple’s getaway, each having one bedroom, new wood stoves as well as enclosed patio areas with propane fire tables and private bbq. Candles, quality linens, fluffy robes and treats are the icing on the cake.

We’re Pet Friendly Too!
Our Golden Retriever ‘Friday’ and cats Monkey and Oska are treasured family members. That’s why we welcome well-behaved four-legged guests in all of our Heart’s Delight cottages, as well as smaller ones in two of our Whiteway cottages (Blueberry or Partridgeberry). During winter months, we now welcome well-behaved pets in all four Whiteway cottages!
Everything you need
All our rentals are fully equipped – from complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix, propane for your private bbq, to wood for your fire pit.
We even supply coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, whitener, paper towels, foil and olive oil in the kitchen, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Making it so much easier to get away from it all without all the fuss.
We cut no corners when it comes to your comfort. If there’s anything more we can do, just ask.
