With a little help from Bud Vincent I’ve started a new blog series, showcasing some of the beautiful communities of Newfoundland. I’m partial to Whiteway, of course, but I know how much there is to explore in Newfoundland and want to share some of that with you. So this is Spillar’s Cove, located where Bonavista Bay and Trinity Bay meet. Bud took these amazing pictures, and this is what he has to say about it: “It is one of the best kept secrets in this province. The rocks and the shoreline are absolutely spectacular.. The Klondyke Trail runs from Spillar’s cove to Elliston – the root cellar of the world. Hey, ya gotta love it. IF, you have never been there, and IF you love the great outdoors..Then, ya gotta go visit..”
