We didn’t think he could top himself, but our Executive Chef Chris Chafe, a culinary wunderkind according to travel writer Janice Nieder, has dreamt up a new summer menu …. and it’s divine. From Pink Peppercorn Dusted Local Sea Scallops to Sesame Seared Duck Breast to Rhubarb Frozen Yogurt with Meringue, Coulis and Macerated Strawberries, nearly everything is lovingly handmade by Chris – and lovingly devoured shortly thereafter.
