You heard that right – we’ve got Trinity Bay Fish Cakes on the Shag It Menu today. A meal that is so ‘Newfoundland,’ and one of my favourites at the cafe. We’re busy with weddings this weekend – so busy that we may just HAVE to put off cooking and enjoy some for supper. Perhaps we’ll see you there!
