Here’s Rosie on top of haystack – and trust me, she’s not looking for the needle. She’s looking for recognition that she’s the boss.
When we got her she was the gentlest, sweetest thing I had ever met. Now, she dominates, and it’s pretty amazing to see how she rules the yard. I’ve heard of the ‘alpha male.’ And if there’s such a thing as an alpha female, she is it. It is Rosie’s way or the highway.
