You may remember that we’ve been building a greenhouse at The Doctor’s House that we’ll be using to grow fruits and veggies for our restaurant, and cut flowers for our guests’ rooms. We’re really excited to ‘go local,’ get fresh, and bust out our green thumbs. And as you can see, we’ve been busy!
