No trip to Newfoundland is complete without an authentic Screech-In – that’s how we make you an honorary Newfoundlander! Our very own Joe Friday has become our Screecher, and we’ll do the ceremony from the comfort of your cottage. Shauna and Geoff, honeymooners from Kingston, were his first targets.
Our friend, famed Newfoundland artist and Whiteway ambassador supreme Clifford George, lives nearby and has a beautiful horse, Misty. We can’t promise it, but when the weather and mood is right, some lucky guests get treated to a horse-drawn carriage ride with Clifford all around town. Or in the winter, a sleigh ride!

We’re surrounded by miles of trails, and if you ask nicely, Jerry might let you borrow his ATV! Just try not to get caught in a bog like Sean did!

When Jerry found we had one couple, Laura Beth and Greg, celebrating their honeymoon, and another couple, Don and Iris, celebrating their 41st anniversary, he had to take them both out on his Boston Whaler
