Cheshire Cat’s Coming?

You never know who might show up at Alice’s Tea Party! What we know for some is that some of our favourite Newfoundland artists will be there, delighting us with their many talents. And we can’t wait to mingle with neighbours and guests in our English gardens at The Doctor’s House. As for the Cheshire Cat – well, he’s a wily, unpredictable thing now, isn’t he?

Madly Excited!

This is one of our favourite quotes from Alice in Wonderland, and so true! At least, The Berry and I are a little bonkers for sure! And we’re so excited for Alice’s Tea Party, coming up this weekend! All are welcome, free of charge, to our English gardens at The Doctor’s House, to meet so many of Newfoundland’s best artists. We’ll also be serving a tea (by reservation only, for $25). Red Hat Ladies

We recently had a dozen wonderful ladies join as for lunch and a tour at The Doctor’s House. They made up the Red Hat Society, fabulous women over 50. They are a lively and lovely bunch who just loved the place, the ponies and Rosie the Goat. She’s turning out to be a great ambassador for us – everyone loves her!
