We’re easy to find using Google Maps. We have a large sign on the ocean side of Route 80 in Whiteway, just before you reach Cavendish when heading north.

What’s included in our cottage rental?

All linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, kitchen essentials, ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, paper towels, foil & plastic wrap, parchment paper, bbq and fire table propane, large box of firewood.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets and responsible owners! We charge a nominal $25-45 fee per stay with pre-approval before arrival. Max. 2 pets per cottage.

What is your minimum stay?

Usually 2 nights, with some 1 night stays available in between other reservations.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to scheduled check-in will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Deposit will be retained for cancellations less than 31 days before check-in.

A one-time reschedule may be considered in emergency situations only.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Cottages do not include them, but access can be provided outside of housekeeping hours.

Do you offer any specials?

Last minute availability specials are regularly posted on Facebook and Instagram.

Our lowest rates are offered in Spring and Fall for Monday through Wednesday night stays.

Are you open in winter?

We close for the winter each November and re-open in May.

Are you listed on Air BnB?

No, we’re not. A family-run business for 15 years, we are fortunate to have a regular client base and excellent word of mouth. We accept direct bookings through this website or by phone at 709 588-2026.
